Club runs of approx 100 runners on Saturdays starting 6. 30am from various locations close to Sutherland (often run on Royal National Park trails). There is no website or mailouts of run information – you have to subscribe to 'Bushies', on the YAHOO newsgroups. This is done as follows: 1) send an empty e-mail to bushies-subscribe@yahoogroups.
com. 2) Yahoo will send back an e-mail with “Please confirm your request to join bushies” in the subject field. 3) Open that e-mail from Yahoo, click REPLY and send it off without doing anything to it. 4) Yahoo will e-mail you confirming your subscription.
