Her journey in the horse industry began in the UK at the age of 12, and she eventually found herself running a riding school. In 1978, Carol seized an opportunity to work at AEA in Wallington, Australia, where she taught and trained young horses, as well as competed in dressage and eventing.

Throughout her career, Carol has accumulated an impressive list of achievements. She competed on KAB, an ex-racehorse, up to Intermediate 2 level, and has also competed on Runs on Love to Grand Prix level. In addition to her personal accomplishments, Carol has been actively involved in various equestrian organisations, serving on committees and contributing to the development of the sport.

Truly dedicated to her craft, Carol has continually pursued professional development. She has gained qualifications in both the UK and Australia and has played an integral role in the Vic NCAS coaching committee. This commitment to ongoing education and growth ensures that her coaching methods remain up-to-date and effective.
