She competed on KAB, an ex-racehorse, up to Intermediate 2 level, and has also competed on Runs on Love to Grand Prix level. In addition to her personal accomplishments, Carol has been actively involved in various equestrian organisations, serving on committees and contributing to the development of the sport.

She has gained qualifications in both the UK and Australia and has played an integral role in the Vic NCAS coaching committee.
