Lisa, the founder of SunYoga, has been practising yoga for over a decade and has personally experienced the profound impact it has on mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Realising the importance of the relationship we have with ourselves in influencing the quality of our other relationships, Lisa took a yoga teacher training diploma as a means of self-development. After completing the programme, she discovered her passion for sharing her newfound knowledge and inspiring others on their yoga journey.
In addition to teaching yoga, Lisa is also a professional singer and finds great joy in incorporating philosophy and breath work into her classes. Philosophy serves as a way to connect participants with their inner knowing and brings them back home to themselves, while breath work acts as a transformative tool that is often overlooked in our modern world. Lisa constantly receives feedback from students on how breath work has improved their lives, further reinforcing the value of these practises.
To enhance her teaching and provide a holistic approach to wellbeing, Lisa has also studied energy codes healing during the recent period of uncertainty and lockdowns. This new interest has become a favourite topic of conversation, and she is always happy to share her knowledge and experiences with interested individuals.
