At Active Recovery: Sports Therapy and Pilates, the Pilates classes are small, with a maximum of 5 people, ensuring personalised attention and guidance. Whether you are a beginner or have experience with Pilates, these classes are suitable for all levels. In addition to small group classes, 1-2-1 sessions are also available for individualised instruction and support.
