AMF HQ in Tauriko, Tauranga is a premium boutique gym for people who want strength-focused training without busy crowds. It suits first timers through to advanced athletes and competitors, and those who prefer a private, distraction-free workout space. You can join with open-term membership and sauna access, or choose Platinum PT membership for weekly 60-minute personal training sessions. The gym also offers 1:1 private personal training and casual session options.

AMF HQ is open from 4am to 11pm. Staffed hours are Mon/Tues/Thurs 9am to 6pm, Wed and Fri are listed as unstaffed, Fri 9am to 4pm, and weekends are by appointment only.
We offer open-term membership and platinum PT membership, both including a swipe card, free sauna use, free 30min orientation through the gym, and full access to the AMF training app for workouts. Platinum PT also includes 1x 60min PT session each week.
Pop down during staffed hours for a gym run-through, or send us an enquiry message and we'll get back to you. Non-member casual sessions are available, and non-member sauna sessions are also offered.
