Join The Oak House Studio & Therapies, Hatfield's premier Pilates club, for a fantastic event where you can bond with your baby and leave feeling totally relaxed.
During this special class, mums can indulge in some soothing Postnatal Yoga. Say goodbye to tightness in the neck, shoulders, and back as we focus on releasing those areas. We'll also be targeting our abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, helping to support our backs and regain strength throughout our entire bodies.
But that's not all – this event is also a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby through the magic of baby yoga. Our expert instructors will guide you through gentle baby yoga moves designed to keep your little one nice and flexible. Not only that, these moves can help your baby's digestive and immune system, as well as promote better sleep.
This event is suitable for new mums with babies from 6 weeks onwards after a normal delivery, or once you receive the green light from your doctor to exercise again after a c-section. And don't worry about your baby's mobility – these sessions are suitable until your little one starts crawling.
