At BANG Fitness we aren’t all about the Adventures! We love to coach people to get the best out of themselves, even when they can’t get to one of our awesome adventures.
I coach clients to move better, feel better, be better.
Whether your focus in on weight loss, getting fit for a fun run, training with an injury, or working with motivation that comes and goes, I have the experience and knowledge to help YOU!
We work out what you CAN do, and then tailor your programme to match, slowly developing new skills and knowledge that you can use every day to improve your health and fitness.
