About
Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do, based in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, is run by the enthusiastic Gary Plant and his family. Gary, a 5th Degree Black Belt with over 21 years of experience, and Anna Bradford, a 2nd Degree Black Belt, lead the sessions with passion and expertise.
Training takes place every Monday and Thursday from 7pm to 8pm at Castlefields School on Castlefields Road. There's free on-site parking, making it easy to get to classes.
Gary and Anna ensure a safe and professional environment. They are DBS checked, insured, and first aid qualified, prioritising students' well-being. Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do is inclusive and welcomes everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. It's a fantastic way to stay fit and learn practical self-defence skills.
The club also emphasises discipline, dedication, and respect, both on and off the mat. These values help students develop life skills and build confidence by achieving new belts and learning new techniques.
Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do supports students in many areas, including applying for sporting grants and helping with Duke of Edinburgh, GCSE, and A-Level PE assessments. Gary and his team are committed to helping students reach their goals, within Tae Kwon-Do and beyond.
If you’re interested, Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do offers a free trial to experience the training. More details can be found on their website and social media platforms, which are regularly updated with news and student achievements.
