Doug's Dojang has been providing high-quality martial arts training to Central Queenslanders for over 20 years. The club caters offers a supportive and caring environment for learning Taekwon-do & self-defence with all ages and abilities welcome. Doug's Dojang also offers group fitness classes, personal training sessions and corporate training programs for schools and workplaces.
Business owner and instructor Mr. Douglas Swain is a registered 6th Degree Black Belt and ITF International Instructor and Examiner. Doug has extensive experience as an instructor and coach, and believes that martial arts can benefit anyone.
Regular club training occurs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7:30pm at Bauhinia House and Saturdays from 1pm to 2:30pm at St David's Hall.
One-on-one sessions, group training, and corporate bookings are available by appointment.
The club acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Owners of the land on which they train.
