All equipment is provided, and participants only need to bring swimwear and a towel.

It is important to note that participants must be at least 14 years old, and if under 18, they will need parental consent.

To book a Try Dive, individuals can visit the club's website or contact them directly. Try Dives take place on Tuesday evenings at 8. 30pm at the Highgrove swimming pool. The cost for a Try Dive is 25, and a 1 coin is required for the locker.
