The founders of Everyday Physiology, Brendan, Tamzin, and Jorden, created a space that is known as an “Oasis” for individuals of all ages. The name was born during a harsh lockdown when Brendan set up a home gym on his sister and brother-in-law's back deck. It quickly became known as 'The Oasis', a place where people could go to train away their troubles. This concept evolved into the training oasis that is Everyday Physiology today, where clients can escape their worries and focus on improving their physical and mental health.
Everyday Physiology offers a range of services to cater to different needs. Their Exercise Physiology sessions are designed to assess, design, and deliver safe and effective exercise interventions for individuals with acute, sub-acute, or chronic medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. These sessions cover a wide range of pathologies within an Exercise Physiologist's scope of practise, including cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory/pulmonary, and mental health. Brendan and Jorden are highly knowledgeable and experienced in assisting individuals where evidence shows that exercise can be beneficial.
Their Personal Training sessions are conducted one-on-one or in pairs, providing individualised attention and a premium service. Tamzin, a skilled personal trainer, ensures that clients receive a well-structured and evidence-based approach to their sessions and programming, regardless of their goals.
Everyday Physiology also offers Nutrition Consultations and Coaching, which take a holistic approach to nutrition goals. These consultations focus on the big picture and provide clients with the guidance and support needed to make positive changes to their dietary habits.
Located at 4/152 New Street in Ringwood, Everyday Physiology is open throughout the week, with varying hours to accommodate busy schedules.
