Coire Ferguson, another manager and coach, is one of the original coaches at Fitstop Carindale.

Coire has extensive experience in the fitness industry and was a head coach for Fitstop Australia.

At Fitstop Carindale, the workout experience is divided into four categories: Lift, Perform, Condition, and Sweat. The Lift session focuses on strength-based training using progressive overload and functional movements to improve muscle development and movement quality. The Perform session is designed to enhance athletic performance through a combination of functional exercises. The Condition session is aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance through high-intensity interval training.

And finally, the Sweat session is a full-body workout that helps members burn calories and improve their overall fitness level.
