Welcome to Fox Studios, a vibrant dance school located in Auckland. At Fox Studio, we believe that dancing is a joyful expression of oneself, and we are passionate about teaching the art of dance to both adults and children.

We offer a variety of dance styles, including contemporary dance. While contemporary dance draws inspiration from traditional forms such as ballet and jazz, it also allows for personal interpretation and creative freedom. Our classes provide a supportive environment where you can explore your creativity and discover the joy of movement.

At Fox Studio, we pride ourselves on our intimate and friendly atmosphere. Our smaller class sizes foster enjoyment and fun, creating a positive learning environment for both teachers and students. In fact, our occasional freestyle times have become like jam sessions, filled with laughter and spontaneity.

In addition to our regular classes, our venue is available for hire and can accommodate various activities. From line dancing to children's birthday parties, our space is versatile and offers off-street parking for your convenience.

Our dedicated team of instructors brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the studio. Sam Gibson, also known as “The Fox,” is our team leader and has danced all over the world as an entertainment star on cruise ships. Cherie Moore, with her vast experience in the performing arts, teaches voice and acting skills and has won awards as both a performer and director. Margaret Hawke, a dance-teaching veteran, believes in the limitless potential of every student.

Hana Hamamoto specialises in teaching Hip Hop Fusion and K-pop, sharing her love for dance internationally. Michael Read Percival, a Teaching Assistant studying in Melbourne, adds his expertise whenever he joins us. Finally, Georgia Kendall is the go-to teacher for bridal couples, helping them create unforgettable wedding dance routines.
