Michelle Jones discovered yoga in her early twenties while living in Toronto. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Anjeli Yoga and continued her education with a 50-hour Restorative Yoga training at Octopus Garden Yoga Centre. Michelle's classes are centred around gentle movement, breath awareness, and meditation. She aims to create a space where students can relax, release tension, and find a sense of peace within themselves.

I teach supportive, beginner friendly yoga with build your own classes where everything is optional and there are options in and out of each shape. You can sit things out, change your mind, move less or move more, and I also offer private one on one and private group yoga sessions.
In Hamilton, I teach in person across The Move Room and The Cotton Factory, with seasonal classes at Gage Park from April to September. You can also join live and on demand virtual classes, and there are beginner flow, yoga flow, gentle yoga, and sunrise yoga sessions on the weekly schedule.
You can book now, and you can also book stretch appointments when available. For private yoga sessions, I tailor one on one support to your body, goals, injuries, energy levels, and life.
