The trainer, Zakk Griffiths, is not only a Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Weight Management Advisor but is currently training to be a Soft Tissue Therapist, also known as a “Sports Massage” Therapist. He has a background in engineering, specifically Materials Science & Engineering, which allows him to apply critical thinking, mechanical analysis, and independent research to his practise.
With years of experience in software development, Zakk utilises his skillset to create high-quality personalised training plans, develop his website, and design his LoadCalc training app. He has dedicated extensive time to studying and understanding health and fitness topics, both through research and hands-on experience with clients and his own fitness journey. Zakk is well-versed in explaining the intricacies of health, fitness, nutrition, stress, and productivity.
