Hanshi, the renowned Chief Instructor of Tino Ceberano Martial Arts Schools. IGK Hawthorn, also known as the Kushin Kan Honbu Dojo, is a traditional Goju karate school located in Hawthorn, Victoria.

The instructors at IGK Hawthorn are John Ross Kyoshi and Lambros Kallianiotis Renshi, who have been trained, graded, and certified by Tino Ceberano Hanshi himself.

IGK Hawthorn is a family dojo, welcoming students of all ages and skill levels. It is not uncommon to see children thriving and maximising their potential through martial arts training. In terms of training programmes, IGK Hawthorn offers classes from Monday to Thursday, from 4 pm to 9 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:15 am to 1 pm. These flexible class schedules make it convenient for students to find a suitable training time.

The instructors at IGK Hawthorn have impressive credentials and experience in the martial arts. John Ross Kyoshi, the Chief Instructor, has over 35 years of experience and is a 6th Dan black belt. He has competed at state, national, and international levels with great success in both semi-contact and full-contact competitions.

Lambros Kallianiotis Renshi, an assistant to John Ross Kyoshi, also holds a 4th Dan black belt and has over 35 years of experience. He too has achieved remarkable success in state and national competitions, both in kumite (sparring) and kata (forms).
