Ipswich Knights Kickboxing & Patricks Boxing Club

Rory Burke, the head instructor at Ipswich Knights Kickboxing & Patricks Boxing Club, would like to extend a warm invitation to everyone in the sports community to join the club's dynamic kickboxing and boxing sessions in Ipswich. Rory, an ex-professional boxer, brings a wealth of experience to the club and leads the classes alongside three black belt students.

At Ipswich Knights, they cater to all ages and abilities. The kickboxing classes, held on Wednesdays from 18:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30, focus on fitness, strength, self-defence, and discipline. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, these sessions provide a well-rounded training experience.

Boxing classes are also a highlight at the club and take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:00. These sessions are tailored to improve fitness and teach valuable self-defence techniques, suitable for all levels.

The club, conveniently located just off Felixstowe Road, offers driveway parking. Rory and his team welcome everyone, from seasoned athletes to newcomers, to come and have a go. The first class is free, so you can get a feel for the training atmosphere and meet the dedicated instructors.

Ipswich Knights prides itself on the success stories of its members, like Jack, who started training at 7 and is now a black belt, and Jeanette, who found kickboxing to be excellent for fitness and self-defence.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the club has implemented safety measures and revised its timetable.
