Itosu-Kai drop-in is a traditional martial arts school located in Etobicoke, Toronto, offering classes in Karate and Kobudo. Affiliated with the Itosu-Ryu Karatedo International Federation (IKIF) and the All Japan Kobudo Association, the school is dedicated to teaching the ancient and honorable art forms of Japanese-Okinawan Karate and Kobudo.
Karate, which means "empty hand," emphasizes the practitioner's ability to defend themselves without weapons.
