The Katonah Yoga practice, which she discovered in 2016, has had a profound impact on her own physical and mental well-being. Drawing from the formality of the practice, Lesley has found relief from long-term sciatic nerve pain due to scoliosis. The practice's use of metaphors, myths, and magic has helped her align her mind and body, bringing new insights and perspectives on life.
