For children aged 8 to 12, our Junior Warriors classes provide a safe and supportive environment to learn Wing Chun Kung Fu. In addition to self-defence skills, these classes emphasise building confidence and a positive attitude while making new friends. We understand the importance of mental health in young children and aim to create a nurturing atmosphere that helps combat anxiety and depression.
