When I first started practising yoga and fell in love with its transformative power. Over the years, I have continued to deepen my knowledge and expertise in yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies.

At Lotus Blue Yoga, we offer a range of classes and services to support pregnant women, new mothers, and anyone seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are held in person at our beautiful Bodmin Yoga Studio on Wednesdays from 7:15pm to 8:30pm. These classes provide a nurturing and safe environment for expectant mothers to connect with their bodies, learn valuable techniques for pregnancy and birth, and meet other like-minded women.

For those unable to attend in person, we also offer pre-recorded Pregnancy Yoga classes online. This comprehensive course consists of 12 hours worth of classes and relaxation techniques that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. It's a convenient option for busy mums-to-be who still want to enjoy the benefits of yoga during their pregnancy.

We also offer Mummy & Baby Yoga classes at Lanivet Community Centre every Wednesday during term time from 11:30am to 12:30pm. This class is a wonderful opportunity for mums to bond with their babies through gentle yoga poses, baby massage techniques, and relaxation exercises. It's a supportive environment where mums can connect with other new mothers and share the joys and challenges of motherhood.

In addition to our yoga classes, we also provide Bespoke Massage & Holistic Therapies at The Therapy Room in Bodmin. Our skilled massage therapists offer a range of massage techniques tailored to your individual needs, whether you're seeking relaxation, pain relief, or stress reduction. We also offer other holistic therapies such as reflexology, aromatherapy, and reiki to promote overall well-being and balance.
