At MeTime Studio, you can find a variety of classes including Pilates, Trapeze Yoga, Gravity Yoga, HIIT, and Body Pump. Dominika and Elina have completed various courses in New Zealand and Europe, allowing them to deliver excellent classes that combine new scientific and fitness movements. They also provide additional services such as nutritional advice, healthy pregnancies, and therapy gained through their class content. Both Dominika and Elina are members of Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), ensuring that the studio maintains a high standard of professionalism.

Anna is a Pilates and Yoga Trapeze instructor and has won medals in Body Fitness Northern Ireland (NIFMA).
