Welcome to Metroflex Gym, a hardcore training facility located in Kirrawee, in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. We are dedicated to providing a unique training experience for serious lifters and bodybuilders who are committed to achieving maximum success.

At Metroflex Gym, we pride ourselves on being an international training ground, housing over 100 bodybuilding and powerlifting champions from around the world. Some of our notable members include 8-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and the infamous Branch Warren. Our facility is equipped with an incredible suite of state-of-the-art equipment to help you reach your fitness goals.

Our team of experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers are here to support and push you to become your best self. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned competitor, our trainers specialise in various areas including contest preparation, nutrition, hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, and body toning. We have the expertise to guide you on your fitness journey and help you achieve your desired results.

We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to training, which is why we offer extended hours to accommodate your busy schedule. Our gym is open from 3:00am to 12:00am, seven days a week. We also have staffed hours from 6:00am to 8:00pm on weekdays and from 6:00am to 5:00pm on weekends, ensuring you have access to support and assistance whenever you need it.
