Senior classes for players aged 14 and older take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm, focusing on randori, a form of free practise.
Moreover, an adult course is offered on Friday nights from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
In addition to classes at the main dojo, Nippon Judo Schools conducts sessions in local primary schools. These classes provide an opportunity for younger students to learn judo conveniently at their school premises. Currently, Nippon Judo Schools runs classes at Hobsonville Secondary School on Mondays, Rutherford Primary School on Wednesdays, Glamorgan Primary School on Thursdays (for under 14s), and Stanmore Bay Primary School on Fridays.
