Unlike other studios in the area, Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates does not offer specific pregnancy or postnatal classes. Instead, they encourage women to embrace the full spectrum of Pilates exercises, utilising a range of equipment and techniques that best suit their individual needs. To get started, the studio recommends Private Training sessions, which can be followed by Duets (with a partner or a fellow mommy) or Basic Group Classes.

For those interested in attending these classes, it is important to note that a low-risk pregnancy is a prerequisite, with women needing to be at least 13 weeks pregnant and have had their first scan and midwife appointment. Postnatal women must have passed a minimum of 6 weeks since a normal delivery or 10 weeks since a caesarean, and should also have had a postnatal checkup to address any pelvic floor issues, abdominal separation, or other concerns.

While the club unfortunately can't accommodate babies during regular group sessions, Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates places great importance on advocating for self-care.
