I firmly believe one of the best things to do when beginning self development is to exercise. Many transferable life skills are developed through physical activity when it becomes a part of someone’s regular schedule. As well as noticing physical changes, science shows us that a greater level of mental clarity can be achieved post workout.
From a personal level, I began exercise as a way to improve my performance on a variety of sporting arenas. Due to starting at such a young age, I was able to form life long habits that continue to keep me physically and mentally ready for the challenges that life dishes out.
Over time, I came to realise that not everyone is given the opportunity to be exposed to a healthy lifestyle. Whilst I was blessed to create positive habits as a child, as I matured I noticed that this is not the case for everyone.
Through a holistic approach to lifestyle and exercise, there is nothing that I am more passionate about when it comes to educating the world around me on how exercise and healthy eating can effect the mind body and soul.
As a team, we can divide the work load and multiply the success.
