Radha's Yoga Project is based in Rickmansworth, UK. The studio, with its high ceilings and oak floors, offers a tranquil, serene space for practice. It comfortably fits up to 15 students and maintains an intimate, boutique charm.
Classes are suitable for all levels. The Tuesday Vinyasa Flow sessions, held in the mornings and evenings, focus on breath and movement coordination. These classes improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. On Wednesdays, she offers a Rest & Restore class, combining restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
