Ric Nuber YMCA in Memphis (5885 Quince Road, 38119) supports group exercise, swimming, and fitness training for a range of ages and abilities. You can use a cycle studio, wellness center with cardio and strength equipment, and an outdoor pool (with winter air dome). The facility also includes mind/body options, active older adult programming, and youth sports activities like basketball and pickleball programs.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer group fitness classes, a cycle studio, free weights, an outdoor pool with a winter air dome, personal training, a wellness center with cardio equipment, and YPlay childcare for our members.

YPlay is our included childcare service for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old while you work out, available up to 2 hours per day with your Household Membership.

YPlay is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
