Slow Flow & Yin is a dynamic and introspective class that combines slow and mindful movement with the deep stretching and relaxation of Yin yoga. The first half of the class focuses on flowing through poses with grace and awareness, while the second half allows for a deeper release and surrender through longer holds in Yin postures. This class is suitable for all levels, offering a balanced practise that improves strength, flexibility, and cultivates a calm and focused mind. Please bring a yoga mat and any additional equipment you may need.

River Flow Yoga also offers monthly Yin, Soup & Cake Workshops. These workshops provide an opportunity to indulge in a deep Yin yoga practise, followed by a delicious homemade soup and cake. The workshop is a perfect way to nourish both body and soul, allowing for a complete rejuvenation and relaxation experience. The workshops are held on specific Sundays, please refer to our website or social media for the workshop dates.

River Flow Yoga provides all the necessary equipment for each class, including mats, blocks, and blankets. However, participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat and any additional equipment they prefer to use.

PaymentFor drop-in classes, participants can book and pay through PayPal or with a credit/debit card via the website. It is recommended to book in advance to secure a spot in the class. For those interested in discounted full-term bookings, packages can be selected during the first week of each term.

ParkingRiver Flow Yoga is located at the beautiful Chapel on the Green in Glasbury. Limited parking is available for residents of the green. Guests are advised to use the public car park at the Bont, next to the Scout's Hut, which is a short 3-minute walk from the chapel. Special arrangements can be made for anyone with walking difficulties.
