Self Rescue Skills Course for climbers

If you're a climber in Haverfordwest, you won't want to miss out on an exciting opportunity to enhance your self-rescue skills. The Climbing Company, a local climbing club, is organising a self-rescue skills course that is specially designed to help climbers like yourself improve your knowledge in self-rescue scenarios. Whether you need to rescue yourself or help your climbing partner, this course will equip you with the necessary skills.

During the course, you will learn how to safely navigate sea cliff climbs and rescue fallen or injured climbers from multi-pitch crags. It is important to note that this course is best suited for confident trad lead climbers. The instructors will ensure that you receive the necessary guidance and assistance to enhance your self-rescue abilities.

The course will be held in two beautiful locations – Pembrokeshire and Snowdonia. You have the option to choose between a one, two, or three-day course, depending on your preference and availability. The upcoming dates for the course are as follows:

- March 27-28: Pembrokeshire (£150 per person)
- April 11: Snowdonia (£75 per person)
- May 4-5: Pembrokeshire (£150 per person)
- June 13-14: Pembrokeshire (£150 per person)
