What classes and training do you offer?

We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi, wrestling, MMA and Muay Thai, plus Kids BJJ and Wrestling. Our BJJ classes cover core positions, submissions, escapes and control, and we also run beginners Gi and NoGi, mixed level Gi and NoGi, and a ladies only class.

When do you train and is there a timetable?

You can find our class schedule on the Timetable page, and we run more than 40 weekly classes for adults and children aged 5+.

How do I join or book a class?

You can join by using the Membership Forms link or book a class through the Book a Class button. Memberships are available through the Memberships page and sign-up is handled via Gymdesk.
