Juniors aged 11 to 15 train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-6:45pm, and Saturdays from 10:45-11:45am. Fees are the same as adults.
Kids aged 6 to 10 have Saturday classes from 10:00-10:30am. The class costs £5, payable in cash at the door, with all equipment provided.
Mark also offers club gym sessions for extra training or a chance to socialise over a hot drink, open from 12:00-1:00pm.
