Strand Surf Lifesaving Club is a beach-based lifesaving club in Cape Town (Strand area) focused on protecting the beach-going public while building a healthy, active lifestyle. Coaches train lifeguards through action-packed Nippers, Junior and Seniors lifesaving programmes, with skills that include rips and currents, stings, and flag signals.
