The journey of Sweatbox Training began in a shed in Seabrook, Kent, where founders Ross and Jason discovered their shared passion for fitness and training. With combined knowledge in strength and conditioning, as well as experience as a Physical Training Instructor in the Army, they have created the ultimate training space for achieving optimal results.

What was initially a small PT studio has now evolved into two fully equipped gyms, each offering a unique experience. The private gym guarantees exclusivity, with a one-in, one-out policy, while the larger facility accommodates a larger number of members. Both locations are available to a select few as a private and semi-private members gym.
