All of our Aquanatal instructors are experienced midwives who have undergone specialised training in Aquanatal.
Our classes offer a variety of exercises that aim to improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen the core and balance, and promote relaxation and birth preparation. We also emphasise the importance of pelvic floor exercises and provide education on pregnancy and postnatal health. Every class is conducted in the water, which provides a supportive and weightless environment for exercising and relaxing.

We offer classes at various venues in Sydney and bookings are essential as spaces are limited. You can join our classes at any stage during your pregnancy, starting from 12 weeks, and resume six weeks after giving birth.
