The Collective Gym is a community-focused fitness centre located in Erina on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Membership at The Collective offers access to a community of like-minded individuals who strive for their goals and enjoy the camaraderie that comes with being part of The Collective. They offer various membership options to cater to different needs and schedules. Those with an Open Floor Training Membership can train anytime outside scheduled classes, giving them the flexibility to follow their own programme, practise lifts, or train for specific events. For those interested in attending only 1 or 2 sessions a week, The Collective offers a 10 session pass at a discounted price.
They also provide casual visits for $25, allowing individuals to pay for the sessions they can attend without the pressure of a full membership commitment.
In addition to their regular sessions, The Collective offers preseason programming for teams, providing them with team-building sessions and full preseason programmes designed to give them a competitive advantage in the upcoming year. Sessions at The Collective are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. The sessions cover a range of disciplines and are scheduled throughout the week to accommodate different lifestyles. Strength and Conditioning classes, including the Sunrise, Sunset, and Morning Edge sessions, focus on building a variety of skills such as mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance.
These classes not only help with injury prevention but also promote proper body mechanics for long-term health. MetCon sessions, short for Metabolic Conditioning, combine strength and cardio circuits to target both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, helping participants reach their body composition goals. Saturday sessions offer a fun and varied workout each week, including activities like ZUU, strength training, cardio circuits, and MetCons.
In addition to the regular sessions, The Collective also offers special Dayz at The Collective. Four days a week, members can enjoy a variety of modalities to keep their fitness routine interesting. This includes Boxing Circuit, which offers the benefits of a full-body workout with boxing drills and conditioning circuits, MorningEdge S&C, which continues to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, and performance, and Friday HIIT Day, which involves high-intensity interval training sessions.
