Founded on November 24, 1996, the Thiruvallur District Chess Association (TVLRDCA) has been a cornerstone of the chess community in Tamil Nadu. Located at No. 20, Prakasam Street, B.V. The association's second term saw even greater achievements, including the successful hosting of the first National Under 18 Boys and Girls Championship. This national event, with participants from 24 states, earned TVLRDCA recognition for its impeccable organization and commitment to excellence.
