TOA Fighting Systems is proud to have champion black belt instructors in kickboxing and karate. For those interested in kickboxing, there is a 10-week beginners class available for individuals aged 14 and above. This non-contact course covers basic stances, breathing techniques, kickboxing techniques, pad work, and fitness and strength training. At the end of the course, students will be graded to Red belt in the WAKO kickboxing grading syllabus and invited to continue training in regular classes.
The cost for this course is $140, which includes 10 classes, grading, a certificate, and a red belt upon completion. Participants are required to bring comfortable training gear, a bottle of water, and gloves (although gloves are provided, bringing a personal pair is encouraged). Hand wraps are also recommended. A positive attitude is essential!

For those interested in karate, TOA offers classes for individuals aged 7 and above. The school has a number of international karate champions and all instructors have experience in international competition. The two free introductory classes allow students to experience karate before making a commitment. Karate training times are available on Tuesdays and Fridays, catering to different age groups and skill levels.
Once you have completed the 10-week beginners course in kickboxing, you are eligible to attend TOA's regular kickboxing training classes. These classes cover a range of training specifics, including fitness, pad work, offensive and defensive techniques, self-defence, sparring, and tournament preparation. Training times are available during weekday evenings.
