Wave Yoga, located in Driffield, East Yorkshire, is a leading Yoga studio and meditation instructor run by Ava Monroe. With a mission to help people of all ages transform their physical, mental, and spiritual health through Yoga, Wave Yoga offers a range of classes and personalised sessions.
Under normal circumstances, Wave Yoga offers a regular programme of classes in towns and villages across East Yorkshire. However, due to the current pandemic, classes are now conducted live and interactive by Zoom. Classes take place Monday to Thursday throughout the day, with additional sessions available on Saturday mornings. One-to-one sessions and family groups are also available for a more personalised experience.
Ava Monroe, a qualified Yoga teacher since 2008, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the studio. With a background as a qualified masseuse, Ava incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and the human body into her classes, helping individuals connect with their bodies and use them correctly to maximise the benefits of Yoga. Whether you are new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, you can expect a comfortable environment, friendly tuition, and the personal support needed to get the most out of your practise.
