To ensure ease of access and convenience, Wild Gypsea Wellness has developed a mobile app that allows users to book classes and services effortlessly. For those who prefer traditional methods, email bookings are also available. The centre is open from Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 8 pm, and on weekends from 8 am to 6 pm for the wellness centre, and from 7 am to 4 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 4 pm on weekends for the café.

Guests can choose between a 14-day unlimited class pass or an ecosystem pass that includes unlimited classes, access to the massage chair, cold therapy chamber, inversion table, and infrared saunas.
