Krishnamacharya Yoga System from Mysore, India. With over 18 years of professional yoga school experience, we bring a deep understanding and appreciation for the ancient practice of yoga.
Located on the stunning Candolim beach in Goa, India, our studio was established in 2015 as a licensed government school. Prior to this, our original school, Yogaspace Shanghai, thrived for 8 and a half years in Shanghai, China. We invite students to experience the transformative power of traditional yoga in a serene and welcoming environment.
At Yogaspace Goa & Vancouver, we offer private classes for those seeking a more personalized experience, as well as group classes for those looking to practice in a community setting. Students have the option to pay for classes individually or in advance for a discounted rate. We also offer psychic readings via Skype or Zoom, allowing for a holistic approach to wellness and self-discovery.
Our teachers and Guruji have studied and practised yoga for many years, embodying the essence and teachings of T. Krishnamacharya and BNS Iyengar. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to each class, guiding students towards a deeper connection with their mind, body, and inner self.
