The practise not only helped me find physical strength and flexibility, but also provided a space for self-reflection and inner peace.
As a yoga teacher, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels. I believe that yoga is not just about the physical postures, but also about cultivating awareness, mindfulness, and self-compassion. In my classes, I guide students through breath-focused movements, encouraging them to listen to their bodies and honour their own unique needs.
At Yonder Movement, we offer a range of classes including Vinyasa, Gentle/Prenatal suitable flows, and Hatha.
