Your Coach James provides personal training in Falls Church, helping clients with fitness testing, personalized exercise programming, and virtual training. Training is supported by a facility with weightlifting equipment such as a rack with barbells and plates up to 270 lbs, a sled, cable tower, leg press, and leg curl or extension machines. The space also includes a straightaway for speed or plyometric drills and training tools like plyometric balls and blocks.
