Our 50-minute group workouts combine three components: Lift with heavyweights to build muscle, Burn with lighter weights to tone and define, and Cardio using kettlebells, jump ropes, wind bikes, and water rowers to maximize your results.
We offer classes seven days a week with a wide range of training options, so you can work out every day or choose a routine that fits your schedule.
Our class packs are versatile and designed to work when you want to work, giving you flexibility to choose your preferred training frequency.
